TelemedicineSabah State, Malaysia

The telemedicine system connecting Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kota Kinabalu City , and Tawau Hospital, in Tawau City ,both located in Sabah State, Malaysia was inaugurated in February ,2008. The system was installed by BHN Association funded by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, following the highly appreciated similar project in Sarawak State. This system enables the minor local Tawau Hospital to consult the major Queen Elizabeth Hospital via internet.
