Digital technology is a key to solve the emerging issues.\u00a0 Simultaneously we are observing the big changes in the labour market and the way of working.\u00a0 The remote work is becoming so popular that it is not likely we will return to the conventional workstyle such as long-time commuting. At the initial stage of pandemic, the government tried to keep employment as much as possible. Though we are still in the pandemic, we are facing the shortage of workers and then supply chain disruption. It is also understood that human capital investment is quite important and the demand for reskilling are huge.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Third one is the crisis of the democracy.\u00a0 The democratic political systems in Myanmar and Afghanistan collapsed. The conflict between the democratic countries and the authoritarian countries has intensified.\u00a0 BHN is politically neutral, however, it is not easy to deliver the necessary aid to the distressed people in the political turbulence. The maximum care has been taken in relation to the security as well as infection.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>In the year 2022 BHN will celebrate the 30<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary.\u00a0 It is sometimes said that the life span of an ordinary organization is 30 years.
