“I was invited from BHN in 2010. Eventually, it was my first foreign training. After completing 1st semester in Malaysia, I arrived in Tokyo for 2nd semester. From BHN training, I first knew “information” is a powerful basic need for human. So, thanks, BHN introducing me with another powerful basic pillar for human civilization. In Japan, with the help of BHN Association I visited more than 20 world famous Japanese companies. I astonished how Japanese companies become world famous brand day by day using the “Kaizen”(TQM) practice. I stayed one day in a Japanese family. My host Mr. Jimmy Matsuda and his wife Rie took me all the day for travelling around the Tokyo city. It is a big city with very neat and clean roads. Garbage collecting system was awesome. The whole night we passed with talk about Japanese and Bangladesh culture. Still I recalled that warm reception and hospitality of my house owner. High tech, bullet train, beautiful county side and cherry blossoms were so exciting and a real adventure in Japan. So, all pride goes to BHN Association-the organization helping people of remote area by providing solar energy as a social development, emergency relief by providing radio service and emergency rescue activities during flood and earthquake. BHN established a radio center in coastal area in Bangladesh for emergency rescue by providing early information to mass people during cyclone and other disaster. Fortunately, I selected for “BHN Dr. Kuwabara’s Fund Scholarship Program” in the year 2022 for Master’s program on public policy to study in GRIPS.I expect this course will be research based academic literature independently. The specialized knowledge from my learning will focus on a specific filed, diverse my knowledge and make me a strong work force to enhance my expertise and credibility to become more competitive in the particular field. In Japan, I think life will be more easy, exciting and adventurous one, except with a little bit highly accommodation living cost. Japanese outstanding communication infrastructure will keep me in touch with everyone. I really appreciate the Japanese culture. They are always happy with high life expectation as they are very friendly with others.

It’s no wonder that BHN Association is one of the best Non-Governmental Organization in the world to support people in developing countries in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). BHN Human Development Program (HDP) continues its efforts to train and educate future professional leaders as part of its support operations. I’m blessed to be associated with BHN HDP as a participant (15th BHN HDP) and a scholarship student of recently introduced “BHN Dr. Kuwabara’s fund Scholarship Program” for the past participants to study in Japan, this year.
Study in Japan is always a dream to many people. Thanks to Almighty and the BHN for selecting me as a distinguished scholarship student to study Master of Public Policy in GRIPS. Undoubtedly, GRIPS is comprised of scholarly academics and world-class practitioners with expertise in public sector policy formulation and management, and I believe it will provide quality education that will help to identify challenges in public policy and to offer diverse and innovative solutions. In addition, I expect an opportunity to gain expert knowledge of and a creative perspective on policy planning from this high-ranked educational institution.
Nevertheless, living in Japan is much more exciting for anyone. I anticipate to learn about Japan's unmatched blend of traditional and modern culture. I love trying new foods and am looking forward to experiencing excellent Japanese culinary talents in Tokyo. All of these will become a reality in my life as a result of the BHN Association's activities and assistance.
BHN HDP is dedicated to creating business leaders in developing countries. Their wholehearted endeavor provides academic understanding and practical orientation to potential elements of ICT business, that helps ethical and equitable policy decisions to be made at all levels of government, from local to global. I'm grateful to BHN Association for giving me the opportunity of “15th BHN HDP” training and 2nd “BHN Dr. Kuwabara’s fund Scholarship”. It has significantly increased values to my career in many folds.
